I feel like I am kept in the information loop at all times.... I think the staff are really engaging with the residents who live here. My mom does not do a lot of things that they have offered, but it has nothing to do with the facility. Featuring all ground level apartments, we are located on 14 acres along the west prong of the Little Pigeon River. We have an active community of independent residents with a full activity calendar... The community has been very well. The community as a whole has been good and is enjoyed by my loved one.

The Northshore Heights community is a top notch facility, the staff are absolutely wonderful to work with. They give 5 stars across the board, they are always on top of it. I feel like my loved ones, are well cared for when I'm not there. The staff really seems to care for the residents.
Our home is set in a residential community and is surrounded by huge old trees. We picked this one because of the price, but have been really pleased with it. The new activities director is still adjusting. Housekeeping is good, but the food is pretty bad.

As soon as you walk through the front doors, you will notice there’s something different about this place. My mother is in the memory care wing at Brookdale Sevierville and I am so very thankful for the Staff. It truly is a family atmosphere there.

Any problem with Daddy's care have been resolved speedily. All we have dealt with on the staff have been excellent! Rain Forest Landings gets a 5 +++++. Everyone from staff to people who serve the dinner CARE!!!! They all know the people who live there.
